Giardini di Toscana
Weaving Tuscan Gardens, Family Heritage & Poetic Scent Stories
Heritage, Foundation & Artistic Inspiration
Giardini di Toscana is an artisan niche perfume house based in Tuscany, founded by Silvia Martinelli, whose fragrance journey is deeply rooted in family legacy and the natural beauty of her homeland. The brand traces its roots to 1942, when Silvia’s grandparents, Giovan Piero and Emma Ducci, opened a small bottega in Bibbiena in the Casentino Valley, first as a pharmacy-style shop crafting ointments and fragrance recipes. Their daughter Irma later transformed it into a more elegant boutique in the 1960s, preserving old recipe books and ancestral perfumery techniques. All this shapes Silvia’s creative sensibility today — she draws inspiration from Tuscan gardens, childhood memories, floral undergrowth, citrus harvests, and even scents like grandma’s biscuits.

Style, Values & Signature Scents
Giardini di Toscana is defined by fragrances that evoke memory, emotion, and place, leaning into “eco-luxury” — luxury perfumes made with refined, often sustainable raw materials, crafted with traditional techniques and artistic intention rather than mass trends. Their scent palette includes garden florals, citrus, musk, woods, creamy gourmands, violet, peony, benzoin, oakmoss, and ambery bases. Notable perfumes include Almafolia (2023) — a rich, seductive tuberose floral with tropical fruit and creamy woods and ambers. Also Colonia Nobile, with bitter bergamot, neroli, jasmine, oakmoss, and ambrettolide — a modern classic citrus-floral unisex scent. With packaging and bottles reflecting elegance, the brand targets perfume lovers who want authentic storytelling, individuality, and sophisticated scent compositions that linger long after the spray.
