Shipping Policy

Delivery

All orders are processed within approximately 1 business day. All orders are shipped from Miami, Florida.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information via UPS or USPS.

Orders placed Saturday afternoon or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, as carriers are closed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Miami: 1–2 business days
  • Florida (outside Miami): 1–2 business days
  • All other U.S. states: 2–7 business days, depending on location

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders of $35 or more (U.S.): Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $35: Flat shipping rate of $5.00
  • Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii: Flat shipping rate of $5.00

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
