RETURN & REFUND POLICY

HDYS PARFUMS, we proudly offer exclusive and hard-to-find niche fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our policies carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders.

Standard Shipping Rates for Return 

• Orders between $35– $100 : Flat shipping rate of $9.99
• Orders more than $100 : Flat shipping rate of $12.99

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: Complimentary shipping promotions apply only to outbound shipments. Return shipping is not included.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, the customer must first contact us via email hdysparfums@gmail.com and provide clear photos of the product. This step allows us to verify that the item has not been used and remains in its original condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In its original sealed packaging
• In the same condition in which it was shipped
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
• Customer 

Due to hygiene and authenticity standards, opened, used, or tampered fragrances cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HDYS PARFUMS provides a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Once received, we will verify that the product is unused, unopened, sealed, and in original condition.

If the item does not meet these conditions, the return will be denied and the product will be shipped back to the customer.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Payment Processing Fees (Installment & Financing Apps)

For orders paid using third-party installment or financing services, including but not limited to:

• ShopPay Installments
• Afterpay
• Affirm

A 6% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount in the event of a return.

These payment providers charge non-refundable transaction fees at the time of purchase, and those fees are not returned to us when a refund is issued.

By selecting one of these payment methods, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once fulfilled, orders cannot be canceled. Cancellations fee cost $4.99
